Levels 1 & 2:
Developed for students new to yogic journey or with some basic yoga experience. Fundamentals of Yoga and prana (energy) are introduced. Study the benefits of yogic poses and breathing techniques.
Levels 2 & 3: Classes for the more experienced students with at least one year of yoga practice. Advanced variation of yoga poses are introduced to build more strength, balance and flexibility.
Pranayama, Kriya, Bandha & Meditation:
Special classes for energy expansion, internal cleansing techniques, neuromuscular locks and meditation. Few minutes to get in touch with every breath, thoughts and emotions. A feeling of thankfulness towards the body parts by stimulating, stretching and relaxing them. Deep relaxation after different deep breathing.
Beginners workshops:
