SADHANA
RETREAT
SADHANA

Workshops conducted by Yoga at Sangrock are called Sadhana. Sadhaks or practitioners attend these workshops for stretching, strengthening, cleansing and purification of the various levels of mind, body and spirit. The goal of sadhana is to bring a higher level of awareness to the yogi. The student  will  deepen his contact with his inner self. Sadhana is a few hours of celebration expanding the yogi’s inner depth and vibrancy.

Gurukul invites you and your family for the upcoming Sadhana .
