Human body is the mystery. The body has its own language. According to different ancient science and arts the body is made of 5 elements(tattvas) .Agni(fire), vayu(air), aakash(space), prithvi(earth), & jal(water). Sometimes there is imbalance in these elements that makes the body sick..9

Mudras can be called as the gestures or hand positions. These mudras can be made to lead the states of consciousness. They affect the certain areas of the brain. To get the better results one should practice different mudras  from 30-45 min  everyday. Mudras can be done in a seated, lying or standing posture. Mostly  used mudras are gyan, chin, sharanagat and yog mudra.
