Kriyas, or cleansing techniques,  help to purify the nadis through which the prana(energy) flows.  The effects of kriyas can be summed up in one word - purification.  They help to increase the capacity to work, bring deeper awareness to the senses. Tratak, Kapalbhati, Neti, Dhokan, and Agnisaar are some of the different types of kriyas that we practice at Yoga at Sangrock.
