Corporate Yoga

Corporate sector is known as the back bone of the country. Today employees are facing long hours and many business pressures.  Working with computers for hours becomes hypnotic often causing workers to sit with bad posture for hours resulting in pain and disease.  A few of the maladies facing workers of today are:

  • I want to thank for the class at IBM lunch and learn. I was so impress with the breathing techniques. The instruction was so good that we were understanding  what we are doing. This is a class that all ages should take. I have taken yoga before, but never a class like this.
